If you have an idea for a new product, or need to upgrade an existing design, then we can help. We have many years experience in all aspects of electronic design using both analogue & digital techniques. We design using both surface mount and through hole components depending on the requirements. Firmware is written in either ‘c’, or assembly language, and all rights are passed to the client on completion. We use modern PC software to ensure that our designs meet the specifications required, and give long reliable performance.
If you already have your schematic design complete, or would like us to provide a complete design service, then we are also able to offer PCB design in house. We can handle up to 16 layers with surface mount, conventional or both component types. We also have close relationships with a number of PCB manufactures both in the UK and overseas that we are happy to introduce you too, to ensure you receive good quality boards at a competitive price.
We offer a complete electronic assembly service, and can assemble both surface mount and through hole PCB’s, together with mixed technology boards. We have fully automatic surface mount pick and place machines, and modern flow solder machines for conventional and mixed technology assemblies. We also carry out hand soldering processes where necessary.
All of our processes use lead free materials, and we only use ‘no clean’ fluxes, eliminating the need to clean the assemblies after manufacture. We also follow the electronic assembly guidelines as set out in IPC-610, to ensure quality and reliability.
We operate a 100% visual inspection policy, and can also carry out any testing required, to ensure you only receive fully working circuit boards, ready to be installed into your equipment.
As well as our electronics assembly service, we are able to offer a full ‘box build’ service. This can be either full product assembly, or partial sub-assembly builds as required.
We can provide a complete service, including cable assemblies, and wire harnesses, eliminating the need to go to a number of different contractors, to accomplish a ‘finished’ product.
We have manufactured a variety of equipment over the years, such as electrical control cabinets, telecom's cards, environmental measuring and control apparatus and led display equipment, to mention just a few.
We are very flexible in our approach, and can work from either drawings or from working samples, depending on what information you have available.
